You can go public and still know you will change

This website has gone through many iterations before it was published and available for others to see. As an Organization Effectiveness consultant, I help teams with many types of challenges. Sometimes I sound like I am a blend of a preschool teacher, a bullshit salesman, an intelligent and caring individual who practices techniques that help teams work better together. I care deeply about helping potential clients understand if I am the right person to support their project, so I am committed to creating a website that helps people understand how I’d approach the work.

Given all of that, I had a hard time figuring out what I would say. I have a strong foundation in consulting on projects, but I didn’t know how to frame my work on a static website.

I decided to put out this website before I feel ready. I know most of this website will change. I hope that something is better than nothing, and I hope each iteration will help clarify the value I bring to all of you.
